We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Regional SaaS Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives across Southeast Asia. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving demand generation, product positioning, go-to-market execution, and pipeline growth for our cloud-based POS, Warehouse Management System (WMS), and Fulfilment solutions.
Point of Hiring: Jakarta (will be mobile to Singapore & Malaysia)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline. MBA is an advantage
- Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with at least 1 year in a managerial or regional role
- Proven experience marketing enterprise SaaS solutions within one or more of the following industries:
- Retail Technology
- Warehouse Management
- Supply Chain Technology
- Logistics Technology
- Omnichannel Commerce
- ERP or Enterprise Software
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing regional marketing strategies across Southeast Asia
- Candidates should have a strong understanding of:
- Retail operations and omnichannel commerce
- Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Fulfilment and Order Management processes
- Inventory management and warehouse operations
- E-commerce ecosystem and marketplace integration
- Logistics and last-mile delivery
- Cloud/SaaS subscription business models
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent stakeholder management across Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Executive teams
- Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment
- Experience managing external agencies and regional partners
