Legal Officer

  • Draft, review, and administer various legal documents, including commercial agreements, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), service agreements, and other corporate legal documents
  • Conduct legal research and provide legal support to ensure the Company’s compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
  • Assist in legal matters related to corporate actions, including new business initiatives, business expansion, partnerships, licensing, and regulatory compliance
  • Monitor, maintain, and coordinate the renewal of the Company’s business licenses, permits, and other regulatory requirements to ensure ongoing compliance
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders, including notaries and business partners, on legal and compliance matters
  • Support the Legal Department in preparing legal opinions, contract summaries, and legal risk assessments for business operations
  • Assist in handling legal disputes, litigation, employment matters, intellectual property issues, and regulatory inquiries under the supervision of the Head of Legal
  • Coordinate and support internal, external, compliance, and regulatory audits by preparing required legal documentation and ensuring timely follow-up
  • Conduct legal due diligence and document reviews for corporate transactions, partnerships, or other business initiatives
  • Maintain proper legal documentation, contract databases, and corporate records in accordance with company standards
  • Support ad hoc legal and compliance projects as assigned by the Head of Legal
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law (S.H.) from a reputable university
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Legal Officer, Legal Executive, Corporate Legal, or in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of Corporate Law, Commercial Law, Contract Law, and general business regulations
  • Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements and other legal documents
  • Familiarity with company licensing, permits, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance
  • Experience in handling legal documentation, legal research, and providing legal support for business operations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify legal risks and recommend practical solutions
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while working independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Experience in e-commerce, logistics, supply chain, retail, or FMCG industries is a plus
  • Knowledge of BPOM regulations and product compliance is a plus
