E-Commerce Operation Executive

1. Monitor team and overall annual sales target from E-commerce B2C Channel and also take care of brand stores in marketplaces
2. Analyze & maintain forecasting stock and monitoring for order and post order (B2C)
3. Analyze and prepare data for monthly sales reports to present to management and brand
4. Manage online activity with traffic acquisition, sales conversion, and reporting
5. Manage in-house marketplace’s ads
6. Relationship with B2C channels

1. Can use MS.Office (Vlookup, Pivot, Basic Formula)
2. Proficient in using English and Bahasa Indonesia as working languages
3. Experience managing marketplaces (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, Tiktokshop, Blibli, Bukalapak, etc.)
4. Familiar with all the features in the Seller Center marketplace
5. Good analysis and reporting
