E-Commerce Operation Executive

  1. Monitor team and overall annual sales target from E-commerce and also take care of brand stores in marketplaces
  2. Analyze & maintain forecasting stock and monitoring for order and post-order
  3. Analyze and prepare data for monthly sales reports to present to management and brand
  4. Manage online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales conversion, and reporting
  5. Manage in-house marketplace ads
  6. Relationship with ecommerce channels
  1. Can use MS.Office (vlookup, pivot, & basic Formula)
  2. Can make reports and presentations
  3. Experience managing marketplaces (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, Tiktokshop, Blibli, etc.)
  4. Familiar with all the features in the seller center marketplace
  5. Familiar with order management system
  6. Good analysis and reporting
  7. Experience in the Fashion Category is a plus
  8. Proficient in using English and Bahasa Indonesia as working languages is a plus
