📍 Full WFO – Cilandak, South Jakarta
- Edit and produce around 30 short-form videos (TikTok/Reels) per month for FMCG & beauty brands
- Adapt current TikTok trends into engaging and brand-relevant content
- Create 10–15 simple motion graphics per month for social media and digital campaigns
- Support basic content production, including product photography and simple video shooting when needed
- Handle simple production setups such as lighting, framing, and basic audio preparation
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing team to develop engaging content ideas
- Ensure all content is delivered on time with fast turnaround and revisions based on feedback
- Maintain consistent visual quality aligned with Gen Z and social media trends
- Min. 2–4 years of experience as a Multimedia Editor (agency or in-house)
- Strong portfolio in short-form video content, TikTok/Reels, and basic motion graphics (please attach your portfolio in the chat section)
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects (basic–intermediate), and CapCut
- Experienced in handling high-volume content production with tight deadlines
- Strong understanding of social media trends and fast-paced digital content
- Experience handling FMCG or beauty brands (is a plus)
- Experience creating ads or performance-driven content (is a plus)
- Able to contribute to brainstorming and content ideation (is a plus)
- Strong visual taste that resonates with Gen Z and TikTok audiences (is a plus)
- Have basic photography and videography skills (are a plus)
