📍 Full WFO – Cilandak, South Jakarta

  1. Edit and produce around 30 short-form videos (TikTok/Reels) per month for FMCG & beauty brands
  2. Adapt current TikTok trends into engaging and brand-relevant content
  3. Create 10–15 simple motion graphics per month for social media and digital campaigns
  4. Support basic content production, including product photography and simple video shooting when needed
  5. Handle simple production setups such as lighting, framing, and basic audio preparation
  6. Collaborate with the creative and marketing team to develop engaging content ideas
  7. Ensure all content is delivered on time with fast turnaround and revisions based on feedback
  8. Maintain consistent visual quality aligned with Gen Z and social media trends
  1. Min. 2–4 years of experience as a Multimedia Editor (agency or in-house)
  2. Strong portfolio in short-form video content, TikTok/Reels, and basic motion graphics (please attach your portfolio in the chat section)
  3. Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects (basic–intermediate), and CapCut
  4. Experienced in handling high-volume content production with tight deadlines
  5. Strong understanding of social media trends and fast-paced digital content
  6. Experience handling FMCG or beauty brands (is a plus)
  7. Experience creating ads or performance-driven content (is a plus)
  8. Able to contribute to brainstorming and content ideation (is a plus)
  9. Strong visual taste that resonates with Gen Z and TikTok audiences (is a plus)
  10. Have basic photography and videography skills (are a plus)
