1. Lead and oversee all warehouse operational activities, including inbound, outbound, inventory and return
2. Arrange daily operator work schedules, assign tasks, and ensure team performance meets operational targets and SLAs
3. Conduct daily control of stock data accuracy (WMS vs physical), and handle cases of mismatches, damaged, or missing items
4. Responsible for achieving operational KPIs such as SLA compliance, stock accuracy, and team productivity.
5. Perform process quality checks and ensure all activities comply with SOPs, safety standards, and the 5S principles
6. Coordinate with courier teams, admin, customer service, and head office (HO) teams to ensure smooth operations
7. Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports related to inbound, outbound, aging, and manpower performance status
1. Minimum education level: High School/Vocational School (preferably Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in logistics, industrial engineering, or operations management)
2. Minimum 2 years of experience managing warehouse/logistics operations as a leader, supervisor, or core team member
3. Strong understanding of warehouse processes: inbound, outbound, storage, returns, and inventory control
4. Familiar with using WMS systems, scanners, and other basic operational tools
5. Possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
6. Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work toward operational targets
