Site Manager | For Our Client

1. Oversee daily operations on the construction site, ensuring all activities comply with project plans and specifications
2. Supervise and coordinate construction workers, subcontractors, and site staff to maintain productivity and quality standards
3. Plan, schedule, and monitor project timelines to ensure completion within deadlines and budget constraints
4. Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to communicate project progress and resolve issues
5. Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
6. Manage procurement and delivery of materials, equipment, and resources for each phase of the project
7. Prepare and maintain accurate site reports, quality control documentation, and project records
8. Monitor project costs, review budgets, and collaborate with quantity surveyors to control expenditures
9. Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring prompt resolution of any issues
10. Motivate and lead the site team, fostering a positive work environment and addressing any performance concerns

1. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
2. Proven experience (Minimum 5 years) in construction site supervision or management roles
3. Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations
4. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and coordinate diverse teams
5. Proficient in project management, scheduling, and budgeting tools/software
6. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for effective liaison with stakeholders
7. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, especially under pressure
8. Attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance and control
9. Relevant professional certifications in construction safety or site management are highly desirable
10. Willingness to work on-site in various conditions and adapt to project demands
