- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the construction sector, including visiting project sites and meeting with potential and existing clients
- Conduct market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitor activities
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and tenders, ensuring all client requirements are addressed
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets set by the company
- Negotiate with clients to secure profitable deals
- Deliver product presentations and demonstrations, providing technical support and consultation as needed
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and prepare regular sales reports for management
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings to expand business opportunities
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, technical, and project teams) to ensure smooth project handover and customer satisfaction
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the construction, building materials, or heavy equipment industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- A good understanding of the construction industry, building materials, or construction equipment is an advantage
- Willingness to travel on business and work in project/field environments as required
- Proficient in using computers and sales-related software (CRM, MS Office, etc.)
