Sales Executive | For Our Client

  1. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the construction sector, including visiting project sites and meeting with potential and existing clients
  2. Conduct market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitor activities
  3. Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and tenders, ensuring all client requirements are addressed
  4. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets set by the company
  5. Negotiate with clients to secure profitable deals
  6. Deliver product presentations and demonstrations, providing technical support and consultation as needed
  7. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and prepare regular sales reports for management
  8. Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings to expand business opportunities
  9. Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, technical, and project teams) to ensure smooth project handover and customer satisfaction
  1. Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  2. Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the construction, building materials, or heavy equipment industry
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  4. Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  5. A good understanding of the construction industry, building materials, or construction equipment is an advantage
  6. Willingness to travel on business and work in project/field environments as required
  7. Proficient in using computers and sales-related software (CRM, MS Office, etc.)
