- Ensure all activities comply with regulations, safety standards, and internal policies
- Drive innovation by integrating technology and automation, especially in marketplace operations
- Manage vendor relationships and maintain high service levels with partners and stakeholders
- Support cross-functional coordination to deliver seamless customer experiences
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (Master’s is a plus)
- 10+ years of experience in operations, including leadership roles in automotive, construction, trading, export-import, and/or marketplace industries
- Strong leadership with a people-first mindset and a focus on collaboration
- Solid understanding of supply chain, project management, and operational systems
- Comfortable working with data and using it to make informed decisions
- Skilled in using ERP tools and digital platforms to manage operations is a plus
- Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Excellent communication skills, both with internal teams and external partners
