- Develop, execute, and manage online marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, SEO, Email Marketing, etc.).
- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager) and provide actionable insights.
- Optimize paid advertising strategies for conversions and ROAS.
- Work closely with content and design teams to produce compelling creatives and copy.
- Plan and manage SEO/SEM strategies to improve organic traffic.
- Perform A/B testing to optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and email campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in digital marketing and e-commerce.
- Proven experience (3+ years preferred) in digital marketing, especially within an eCommerce setting
- Strong knowledge of performance marketing, SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, WhatsApp, and email marketing tools.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Pixel/Tracking Application, Klaviyo/Mailchimp, and Shopify (or other eCommerce platforms).
- Solid understanding of online customer acquisition strategies and eCommerce conversion funnels.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Excellent communication, time management, and collaboration skills.
