- Develop and implement internal and external communication strategies aligned with the company’s goals
- Create engaging content for press releases, social media, website, and company profiles
- Write clear, compelling copy for various media platforms including articles, advertorials, and media publications
- Coordinate and manage media relations, including press inquiries, interviews, and media monitoring
- Support branding initiatives and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels
- Organize and manage corporate events, sponsorships, and CSR activities
- Collaborate with internal departments to gather information and promote company achievements
- Monitor public perception and manage potential reputation risks proactively
- Assist in the production of visual materials using Canva and basic video editing tools like CapCut
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience minimun 1–3 years in corporate communications, PR, or media relations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong copywriting skills for media publications, press releases, and promotional materials
- Good understanding of media landscape, digital communication, and branding principles
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines
- Ability to using Canva for creating visual communication materials is a strong plus
- Basic video editing skills using CapCut or similar tools is a strong plus
- Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying communication opportunities
