Commercial Business Manager | For Our Client

1. Create an annual RKAP and report it to the Division Manager
2. Create a project planning (RKP) and report it to the Division Manager
3. Conduct project planning, monitoring, and evaluation simultaneously and routinely (monthly)
4. Participate in the corporate tender bidding process
5. Looking for reliable and economical vendor sourcing and manpower services
6. Provide resource support in project implementation (execution)
7. Prepare presentation materials in commissioner and BOD meetings monthly
8. Create potential opportunities to improve corporate business results
9. Manage risk management and carry out mitigation properly

1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Mechanic/Electric/Industry engineering, or other Engineering, Master’s degree preferred
2. 5 – 10 years of working experience in Contractor Business, preferred in EPC Project
3. Ability to composed RKAP (Rencana Kerja & Anggaran Perusahaan)
4. Ability to handle project planning, controlling, and evaluating
5. Ability to create project cost management structure
6. Strong knowledge of risk & quality management systems
7. Ability to create potential opportunity
8. Ability to create company annual report to BOD
