Category Manager

  1. Develop category strategies aligned with business goals, market trends, and competitive dynamics across marketplaces
  2. Build annual growth plans, monthly action plans, and major campaign strategies such as payday, double-date, and mega sales
  3. Analyze competitor activities, pricing trends, promotional behavior, and identify growth opportunities, including SKU expansion and bundling
  4. Manage category P&L covering revenue, margin, COGS, discount structure, and operational costs.
  5. Monitor key performance metrics (GMV, traffic, conversion, AOV, ROAS, OPEX) and ensure monthly targets are achieved
  6. Plan and execute commercial and campaign activities across Shopee, TikTok, Tokopedia, and live selling programs
  7. Lead daily store operations, including listing optimization, pricing, promotions, chat SLA, order fulfillment, and stock management
  8. Act as the main PIC for brand principals and marketplace account managers, securing visibility, deals, and delivering business reviews
  9. Produce performance reports, forecasts, and data-driven recommendations for pricing, stock planning, and SKU optimization
  10. Lead and develop the Store Leader & Store Ops team while ensuring effective cross-functional collaboration
  1. Minimum 4 years of experience managing marketplaces (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, Tiktokshop, Blibli, etc.)
  2. Excellent in analysis and reporting
  3. Proficiency in using English and Bahasa Indonesia as working languages is a plus
