- Develop category strategies aligned with business goals, market trends, and competitive dynamics across marketplaces
- Build annual growth plans, monthly action plans, and major campaign strategies such as payday, double-date, and mega sales
- Analyze competitor activities, pricing trends, promotional behavior, and identify growth opportunities, including SKU expansion and bundling
- Manage category P&L covering revenue, margin, COGS, discount structure, and operational costs.
- Monitor key performance metrics (GMV, traffic, conversion, AOV, ROAS, OPEX) and ensure monthly targets are achieved
- Plan and execute commercial and campaign activities across Shopee, TikTok, Tokopedia, and live selling programs
- Lead daily store operations, including listing optimization, pricing, promotions, chat SLA, order fulfillment, and stock management
- Act as the main PIC for brand principals and marketplace account managers, securing visibility, deals, and delivering business reviews
- Produce performance reports, forecasts, and data-driven recommendations for pricing, stock planning, and SKU optimization
- Lead and develop the Store Leader & Store Ops team while ensuring effective cross-functional collaboration
- Minimum 4 years of experience managing marketplaces (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, Tiktokshop, Blibli, etc.)
- Excellent in analysis and reporting
- Proficiency in using English and Bahasa Indonesia as working languages is a plus
