Business & Product Quality Analyst (BA/QA)

• Analyzing business domains, evaluating strengths and weaknesses, measuring potential business value, and outlining business requirements
• Clearly defining and documenting user requirements and functional specifications
• Creating test plans, designing test cases, executing tests (manual and automated), and recording results
• Logging defects, producing bug reports, and collaborating with developers to resolve issues
• Ensuring products and services meet quality standards, user expectations, and industry standards
• Working effectively with the Technology and Commercial team to ensure a seamless process
• Contributing to the development of processes, policies, and procedures

• Bachelor’s Degree from a related major and a reputable university
• Ability to dissect complex data and processes
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and potentially programming languages
• Ability to identify and resolve issues effectively
• Meticulous and thorough in documenting and executing tasks
• Familiarity with SQL database concepts; experience with PostgreSQL
• Familiarity with QA tools (Postman, JMeter, Selenium/Katalon)
• Skilled in API testing (RESTful API) with Postman
• Detailed experience and understanding of SDLC, especially Agile/Scrum Model
• Possesses strong analytical thinking, conceptual design, and problem-solving ability
