- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s customer base
- Plan and manage client accounts, including the preparation and weekly submission of sales pipeline reports
- Engage proactively with new and existing clients to explore sales opportunities, manage bids, and generate quotations and proposals
- Deliver sales presentations that effectively communicate the value of the company’s products and services
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets set by management
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
- Have at least 2 years of proven experience in key account management or sales support, preferably in supply chain planning, consumer goods, or retail
- Experience in the e-commerce industry, especially within the FMCG sector, is preferred
- Must be fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Demonstrated success as a proactive Sales Hunter with a wide professional network
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding individual sales targets or KPIs
- Possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly build rapport with various stakeholders
- Skilled in verbal communication, presentations, and negotiations
- Able to build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and external clients
- Capable of managing multiple tasks, meeting deadlines, and following up effectively
