Business Development

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s customer base
  2. Plan and manage client accounts, including the preparation and weekly submission of sales pipeline reports
  3. Engage proactively with new and existing clients to explore sales opportunities, manage bids, and generate quotations and proposals
  4. Deliver sales presentations that effectively communicate the value of the company’s products and services
  5. Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
  6. Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets set by management
  1. Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
  2. Have at least 2 years of proven experience in key account management or sales support, preferably in supply chain planning, consumer goods, or retail
  3. Experience in the e-commerce industry, especially within the FMCG sector, is preferred
  4. Must be fluent in English, both spoken and written
  5. Demonstrated success as a proactive Sales Hunter with a wide professional network
  6. Proven track record of consistently exceeding individual sales targets or KPIs
  7. Possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly build rapport with various stakeholders
  8. Skilled in verbal communication, presentations, and negotiations
  9. Able to build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and external clients
  10. Capable of managing multiple tasks, meeting deadlines, and following up effectively
