Enterprise Sales Manager
About The Job
Enterprise sales managers are responsible for managing the sales efforts of company’s products or services. As the Enterprise Sales Manager, will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree from reputable university, Master Degree preferred
- At least 3 years of proven working experience as key account/sales support in Supply Chain Planning / Consumer Goods / Retail preferred
- Experienced as Management Trainee from FMCG Industry are preferred
- Max 37 years old
- Fluency in English is a must
- Used to be a Sales Hunter and have large networking
- Proven track record of exceeding or achieving high individual targets in terms of closing deals and gaining revenue, either in sales, account management, or a similar function
- Good interpersonal skills, approachable and have the ability to connect quickly with various stakeholders
- Good verbal presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers
- Must be able to manage multiple tasks, manage deadlines and have excellent follow-up skills
Responsibilities
- Identify & develop new enterprise level customer prospects
- Responsible for account planning and implementing sales strategies including the collation & update or submission of pipeline reports weekly

- Proactive client engagements exploring new sales opportunities with new and existing clients handling bid management, quotation and proposal generations
- Perform sales presentation to clients related to the company products and services
- Managing end to end deal cycle and building and maintaining the deal pipeline
- Achieve monthly sales goals as assigned by management
