- Act as the main point of contact for e-commerce clients regarding warehouse operations
- Provide regular updates on stock levels, order processing, and shipment status
- Coordinate with inbound, inventory, and outbound teams to ensure SLA compliance
- Handle client inquiries, complaints, and operational issues promptly and professionally
- Monitor order fulfillment performance and prepare basic operational reports
- Investigate stock discrepancies or shipment issues and provide solutions
- Ensure the amount of stock in the marketplace and warehouse is the same
- Helping the warehouse team to support forecasting stock
- Proficient in MS Excel operation
- Good understanding and execution of all promotion features on Marketplace (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, Blibli, TikTok Shop)
- Experienced in using channel management systems (a plus)
- Experienced in using channel relationship management (a plus)
