Client Relationship Officer

  1. Act as the main point of contact for e-commerce clients regarding warehouse operations
  2. Provide regular updates on stock levels, order processing, and shipment status
  3. Coordinate with inbound, inventory, and outbound teams to ensure SLA compliance
  4. Handle client inquiries, complaints, and operational issues promptly and professionally
  5. Monitor order fulfillment performance and prepare basic operational reports
  6. Investigate stock discrepancies or shipment issues and provide solutions
  7. Ensure the amount of stock in the marketplace and warehouse is the same
  8. Helping the warehouse team to support forecasting stock
  1. Proficient in MS Excel operation
  2. Good understanding and execution of all promotion features on Marketplace (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, Blibli, TikTok Shop)
  3. Experienced in using channel management systems (a plus)
  4. Experienced in using channel relationship management (a plus)
