- Monitoring the systems, including data and non-data components
- Respond to client requests for both technical and non-technical inquiries
- Coordinate with internal and external teams across divisions
- Prepare documentation and job-related reports
- Assist in onboarding training for new clients
- Act as a system administrator (data input) when required, in accordance with management direction
- Identify and provide first-level solutions for issues reported by internal and external clients (Customer Support level)
- Perform system implementation, both onsite and offsite, when required
- Analyze issues before escalating them to the next support level
- Handle tasks within the application technology support area in other specialist functions when needed, such as testing, documentation, product analysis, project management, and other related tasks, based on capability and company needs, particularly in technology
- Perform other duties related to internal and external user support as required
- Have good communication skills with both internal and external parties
- Have a general understanding of commonly used technology terms
- Have a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
- High level of awareness and attention to detail
