- Manage employee administration at the hub/warehouse level (attendance, shift scheduling, contracts, onboarding, offboarding)
- Conduct regular visits to the hub/warehouse to monitor manpower conditions and operational HR needs
- Handle employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions and conflict resolution
- Handle end-to-end recruitment & assessment needs for operational roles (warehouse staff, helpers, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations, company policies, and internal SOPs
- Monitor employee performance, probation evaluations, and contract renewals
- Manage HR documentation and reporting (manpower data, turnover, absenteeism)
- Assist in implementing employee engagement activities and internal programs at the hub level
- Act as the main HR point of contact for the hub/warehouse
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related fields
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in HR Operations, preferably in logistics, warehouse, manufacturing, or operational environments
- Willing to travel and visit multiple hubs/warehouses regularly
- Strong understanding of labor law, HR administration, and employee relations
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact with operational staff and management
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle high-volume operational data
- Comfortable working in fast-paced and dynamic environments
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and HR systems
- Able to work independently and manage multiple locations
- Possess good problem-solving and conflict-handling skills
