HR Operations Officer

  1. Manage employee administration at the hub/warehouse level (attendance, shift scheduling, contracts, onboarding, offboarding)
  2. Conduct regular visits to the hub/warehouse to monitor manpower conditions and operational HR needs
  3. Handle employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions and conflict resolution
  4. Handle end-to-end recruitment & assessment needs for operational roles (warehouse staff, helpers, etc.)
  5. Ensure compliance with labor regulations, company policies, and internal SOPs
  6. Monitor employee performance, probation evaluations, and contract renewals
  7. Manage HR documentation and reporting (manpower data, turnover, absenteeism)
  8. Assist in implementing employee engagement activities and internal programs at the hub level
  9. Act as the main HR point of contact for the hub/warehouse
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related fields
  2. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in HR Operations, preferably in logistics, warehouse, manufacturing, or operational environments
  3. Willing to travel and visit multiple hubs/warehouses regularly
  4. Strong understanding of labor law, HR administration, and employee relations
  5. Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact with operational staff and management
  6. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle high-volume operational data
  7. Comfortable working in fast-paced and dynamic environments
  8. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and HR systems
  9. Able to work independently and manage multiple locations
  10. Possess good problem-solving and conflict-handling skills
