Business Analyst Specialist

  1. Develop forecasting models to predict daily/weekly/monthly sales across Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Tokopedia
  2. Utilize historical data, market trends, seasonality (9.9, 10.10, 11.11, 12.12), and brand activities to build accurate projections
  3. Provide multiple forecast scenarios (best case, base case, worst case) to support stock planning and budgeting
  4. Prepare routine performance reports (daily/weekly/monthly) based on internal system data and marketplace dashboards
  5. Build dashboards to track metrics: GMV, Orders, Sales, Conversion Rate, Traffic, Fulfillment KPI, Live Commerce performance, and Ads performance
  6. Extract and analyze data from BI tools, internal systems, and marketplace backend
  7. Identify performance gaps, growth opportunities, and provide data-driven recommendations
  8. Manage and validate data from the company’s OMS/WMS/BI systems
  9. Collaborate with IT to troubleshoot errors, fix data mapping issues, and improve system data flow
  10. Create automated reporting templates for Category Managers, Store Leaders, and Operations teams
  11. Provide insights to Category Managers & Brand PICs to support decision-making on SKU strategy, promo planning, and stock allocation
  12. Analyze campaign effectiveness, promotional performance, and advertising ROI
  13. Conduct competitor benchmarking (pricing, promo, ranking, WOM metrics) to support brand strategies
  1. Minimum 1–2 years experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or eCommerce Analyst
  2. Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, Pivot Table, Forecast, Weighted calculation, etc)
  3. Experience using BI tools (Looker, Data Studio, Power BI, Tableau) is a strong plus
  4. Understanding of key eCommerce metrics: GMV, CVR, Traffic, Ads metrics, Fulfillment KPIs, FBT, FRS, ODR, UTM tracking, etc
  5. Ability to create accurate sales forecasts using basic statistical methods
  6. Strong understanding of marketplace operations (order flow, stock, fulfillment, shipping, ads, campaign mechanics)
  7. Ability to build dashboards and automate reporting is an advantage
  8. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  9. Detail-oriented and highly data-driven
  10. Good communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  11. Able to multitask and handle multiple brands at once
  12. Strong problem-solving mindset
  13. Comfortable working cross-functionally and under tight timelines
