Chief Finance Officer (CFO) – For Our Client

1. Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies across business units
2. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and tax planning processes
3. Oversee consolidated financial reporting across all business divisions
4. Manage cash flow, liquidity, and capital structure
5. Supervise accounting, auditing, and treasury functions
6. Provide financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and board
7. Analyze business unit performance and prepare management reports
8. Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks
9. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and company policies.
10. Manage relationships with banks, investors, auditors, and regulatory bodies

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA or Master’s preferred)
2. Minimum 10 years of experience in finance or executive-level roles
3. Experience working in companies with multi-division or diversified operations
4. Preferably has a background in construction, automotive, or energy/gas sectors
5. Strong financial analysis and strategic planning skills
6. Proficient in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting
7. Familiarity with financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP platforms)
8. Excellent communication skills to translate complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders
9. Strategic thinker and proactive problem solver
10. High attention to detail and integrity
11. Strong leadership with the ability to work under pressure and make quick, sound decisions
