Logistic Operations Manager

1. Design flexible manpower model (FTE vs non-FTE, outsourcing, shift strategy)
2. Experience in ramp-up & ramp-down planning
3. Labor cost optimization during peak
4. Own peak readiness strategy (campaign, payday, seasonal spike)
5. Develop a scalable operations model (manpower, space, system capacity)
6. Scenario planning (best case, expected, worst case)
7. Lead war-room execution during peak (real-time decision making)

1. Oversee end-to-end logistics operations, including warehousing, inventory, and distribution
2. Develop and implement efficient logistics strategies to optimize service level and delivery timelines
3. Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and propose data-driven improvements
4. Lead demand forecasting and inventory planning to ensure optimal stock levels
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (procurement, sales, and e-commerce) to align logistics processes with business goals
6. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
7. Lead, mentor, and develop the logistics team to improve performance and productivity

1. Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
2. Minimum 5–7 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
3. Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights
4. Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools)
5. Experience in inventory planning, demand forecasting, and cost analysis
6. Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
7. Excellent leadership and team management abilities
8. Good communication and stakeholder management skills
9. Familiarity with ERP or warehouse management systems is a plus
10. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
