Logistic Operations Manager

1. Lead and manage day-to-day logistics operations, including inbound and outbound
2. Ensure proper handling, storage, and distribution of products in line with safety and quality standards
3. Identify areas for improvement in logistics workflows and implement process enhancements to drive efficiency and reduce costs
4. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for logistics and warehouse functions
5. Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
6. Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers, transport companies, and freight forwarders
7. Negotiate contracts and evaluate vendor performance
8. Prepare and present logistics reports, including cost analysis, shipment tracking, and delivery performance.
9. Ensure compliance with local laws and international shipping regulations
10. Work closely with supply chain, procurement, and sales teams to ensure logistic operations alignment with demand

1. Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics or warehouse management, preferably in a fast-paced or multi-unit company
3. Proven experience in managing teams and leading logistics operations
4. Strong understanding of logistics, warehousing, transportation, and inventory control
5. Familiar with logistics systems and tools (e.g., WMS, TMS, ERP platforms)
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
7. Excellent organizational and communication skills
8. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
9. Detail-oriented with strong leadership and decision-making capabilities
10. Proactive, hands-on, and results-driven
11. Committed to continuous improvement and operational excellence
