- Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels across all storage locations
- Conduct regular cycle counts, stock audits, and reconciliation processes
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues
- Ensure timely data entry and updates in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) or ERP
- Coordinate inbound and outbound inventory flows to support smooth operations
- Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and fulfillment teams to optimize stock usage
- Support inventory planning and reordering processes based on forecast and actual usage
- Prepare and analyze inventory-related reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure inventory areas are organized, labeled, and compliant with safety and operational standards
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to stock accuracy and warehouse efficiency
- Responsible for checking bin accuracy status and recommending an action plan to achieve 99,98% bin accuracy
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse, or logistics operations
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles and best practices
- Proficiency in using inventory software systems (e.g., WMS, ERP, Excel)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
