Site Executive | For Our Client

1. Oversee and coordinate all daily activities on the construction site to ensure efficient project execution and adherence to plans and specifications
2. Supervise site personnel, subcontractors, and laborers, assigning tasks and monitoring performance to maintain productivity and quality standards
3. Plan and schedule site operations, ensuring timely completion of project milestones and overall deadlines
4. Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, conducting regular site inspections and safety briefings
5. Manage site resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize usage and minimize waste
6. Liaise with clients, consultants, architects, engineers, and suppliers to facilitate smooth project communication and resolve any on-site issues
7. Monitor project budgets and costs, preparing reports and collaborating with quantity surveyors to ensure financial control
8. Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports, progress updates, and quality control documentation
9. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, taking prompt corrective actions to address challenges and delays
10. Foster a positive and productive work environment, motivating the site team and addressing performance or disciplinary concerns as needed

1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in site supervision or construction management, preferably in building projects
3. Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations
4. Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to coordinate diverse site teams
5. Proficient in project management, scheduling, and budgeting tools/software
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement
7. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, especially under pressure
8. High attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance and site safety
9. Relevant professional certifications in construction safety or site management are highly desirable
10. Willingness to work on-site and adapt to changing project demands
