- Answering questions from customers about the company’s products and services
- Assisting customers regarding the technical aspects of the company’s products and services
- Listening to customer complaints to identify the cause of the problem
- Providing appropriate responses to customer problems and trying to resolve them quickly and accurately
- Recording and submitting information or complaint notes to management, if necessary, for follow-up resolution
- Bachelor’s Degree from a related major and a reputable university
- Have good communication and interpersonal skills
- Have the will and ability to learn new things quickly
- Proficient in operating Microsoft Office
- Experienced in managing e-commerce
- Able to communicate in English (a plus)
