Customer Support Officer – Powerbiz

  1. Answering questions from customers about the company’s products and services
  2. Assisting customers regarding the technical aspects of the company’s products and services
  3. Listening to customer complaints to identify the cause of the problem
  4. Providing appropriate responses to customer problems and trying to resolve them quickly and accurately
  5. Recording and submitting information or complaint notes to management, if necessary, for follow-up resolution
  1. Bachelor’s Degree from a related major and a reputable university
  2. Have good communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Have the will and ability to learn new things quickly
  4. Proficient in operating Microsoft Office
  5. Experienced in managing e-commerce
  6. Able to communicate in English (a plus)
