Business Strategic Division Manager | For Our Client

1. Create an annual corporate project planning and present it to the BOD
2. Involve in compiling bid tenders
3. Make a routine corporate business performance evaluations every quarter and present it to the BOD
4. Prepare monthly commissioner and BOD meeting materials
5. Prepare a corporate strategic plan for the next 5 years
6. Master and control positive corporate operational cash flow targets
7. Be aware of corporate growth targets
8. Manage capable, high productivity & the integrity of human capital
9. Prepare corporate culture & socialize with staff
10. Prepare a corporate management system that adopts digitalization
11. Must understand global business

1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineer or other Engineering, Master’s degree preferred
2. 10 – 15 years of working experience in Contractor Business, preferred in EPC Project
3. Ability to handle forecast corporation for growth, revenue, and contract turnover
4. Have experience in project construction
5. Have experience in handling financial report
6. Strong knowledge of management system
7. Ability to lead a team
