Legal Specialist

This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Specialist located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Legal Specialist will be responsible for advising on various legal matters and assisting in the preparation, review, and negotiation of agreements. The Legal Specialist will also support the legal team in ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, as well as handling legal research and drafting legal documents.

1. Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputable university
2. At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
3. Good understanding of corporate and commercial laws and regulations
4. Experience in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
5. Well-versed in legal research and analysis
6. Ability to work independently and in a team environment
7. Strong analytical, drafting, communication, and interpersonal skills
8. Ability to evaluate fact situations, identify legal/compliance issues, analyze and understand regulations, and recommend appropriate courses of action
9. Willingness to take on responsibility for matters beyond core expertise
