- Formulate a short video content strategy and operation plan, including video script, content type, release frequency, duration, etc.
- Responsible for the creation, shooting and editing of short videos, ensuring the quality and attractiveness of the video content, and matching the preferences and needs of the target audience.
- Monitor the performance of TikTok account to determine next strategies for brands
- Cooperate with partners in related fields to plan short video activities and promotional activities to increase user participation and brand cooperation opportunities.
- Keep up with the latest trends in the short video industry and user needs, conduct market research and competitive product analysis
- Maintain the live streaming activities with related team (Host/Talent) and analyze the live streaming performance data
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Min 1 year experience as content creator for short videos
- Proficient in end-to-end content production, start from planning, shooting, editing, and posting videos
- Able to analyze data reports
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in English
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Able to work under pressure and target
