Enterprise Sales Manager

Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree from reputable university, Master Degree preferred
  • At least 3 years of proven working experience as key account/sales support in Supply Chain Planning / Consumer Goods / Retail preferred
  • Experienced as Management Trainee from FMCG Industry are preferred
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Used to be a Sales Hunter and have large networking
  • Proven track record of exceeding or achieving high individual targets in terms of closing deals and gaining revenue, either in sales, account management, or a similar function
  • Good interpersonal skills, approachable and have the ability to connect quickly with various stakeholders
  • Good verbal presentation and negotiation skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers
  • Must be able to manage multiple tasks, manage deadlines and have excellent follow-up skills
Responsibilities
  • Identify & develop new enterprise level customer prospects
  • Responsible for account planning and implementing sales strategies including the collation & update or submission of pipeline reports weekly

  • Proactive client engagements exploring new sales opportunities with new and existing clients handling bid management, quotation and proposal generations
  • Perform sales presentation to clients related to the company products and services
  • Managing end to end deal cycle and building and maintaining the deal pipeline
  • Achieve monthly sales goals as assigned by management
