Sr Product Manager

Responsibilities:

• Alignment to company’s vision, objective & key result
• Determine Product Strategy & Prioritization
• Product Cost Management (Buy or Make Decision, Cost Inform)
• Manage internal & external IT development team to ensure product delivery according to plan
• Generate and translate product ideas into detailed requirements and user story documentation

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology
• 3+ years of work experience in Product Management
• Great understanding of Agile methodologies
• Software engineering experience or demonstrated analytical and technical skills
• Ability to understand technical subjects and emerging technologies in relevance to the market
• Ability to work well as a member of a highly integrated team composed of both technical and non-technical members
• Capability in leading through influence; holding project leads accountable to the greater project goals
• Proven track record of delivering data driven solutions with a customer-first mindse
