Head of Ecommerce Operation
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for e-commerce operational end-to-end efforts supporting customer satisfaction and streamlining the customer journey on PowerCommerce Asia
- This person will work with leverage data to make their decisions and points, presenting insights and recommendations to drive key projects
- The candidate is expected to be a data-driven, inquisitive, and results-driven taskmaster who can dive deep to problem solve and continue to help execute process-driven solutions
- Monitoring team for monthly campaign plans and implementation ecommerce on-platform, including budget management
- Building and directing a team of ecommerce professionals that can effectively help develop and execute creative ecommerce solutions
- Oversee and manage all activities related to content, product, sales, distribution fulfilment and customer service for the ecommerce business
- Oversee product buy & inventory management for ecommerce store
- Plan, communicate, and execute content and promotions to achieve the sales target
- Analyse various data in order to deliver data driven strategies in order to deliver top performance and achieve KPIs
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree from top local or overseas universities, Master Degree preferred
- 8+ years of strong operational working experience in E-commerce Operations
- Preferably comes from omnichannel technology/e-commerce/marketplace background experience
- Successful track record in e-commerce project management and leading day-to-day e-commerce operations
- Strong operational excellence, agility, and customer orientation to foster a demand-driven supply chain with service as a priority
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and balance creativity, analytics and strategic thinking while making quick progress in the rapidly evolving eCommerce landscape
- Entrepreneurial spirit, ability to work quickly, efficiently and strategically with a wide range of internal departments.
