Digital Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Determine marketing angles, be creative and execute and create in all digital marketing channels (Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, TikTok, Influencers) and BTL.
  • Maintain and develop SEO, SEM, Social Media Specialist on all platforms
  • Understand tools function such as (Ahrefs, Semrush, or equivalent) will be great
  • Lead the team in aggressively increasing the turnover of the brand.
  • Conversion optimization and micro conversion rate across all marketing channel
  • Coordinate with managers in other divisions in executing every idea and ensure optimization of each idea to achieve the agreed target together
  • Collecting and process the data into decisions for marketing efficiency and optimization
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Sales, and PR function to ensure integrated and consistent marketing campaigns, delivered on-time and in-full.
  • Ensuring that marketing and communications efforts adhere to agreed timelines and managing expectations with various stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) of related majors (Marketing & PR would be great)
  • 3+ years experiences as Digital Marketing Manager / Digital Marketing Lead
  • Great initiatives, highly creative and innovative ideas
  • Fluency in written and spoken Indonesian and English language
  • Excellent writing, editing and proof reading skills, so you must be a detail-oriented person
  • Have had experiences handling online and offline events / campaigns and can present the results of the successes of those projects
  • In-depth knowledge of social media managing and analytics
  • Great motivation and team-working skills, flexibility, ability to work in fast paced and high-pressure environment
  • Good time and project management skills, including working on multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines
